Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution: Comprehensive understanding of live‑streaming content operation and product assortment strategy; work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration and cross‑functional communication; monitor real‑time campaign performance and track post‑campaign evaluation; support any other general ad‑hoc duties.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision‑making; build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master in business or a related discipline.
• Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
• Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation.
• Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives.
• Experience managing or working within cross‑functional teams.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Preferred: Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.
