Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC seeks a Category Leadership Intern for Summer 2027 to partner with sales, marketing and retail customers. You will provide data insights, support information sharing, and help train teams. An onboarding program and exposure to multiple functional areas are included.

You’ll work on data-driven stories to grow category and brand, apply your analytical skills to customer-facing work, and develop leadership capabilities in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; junior/senior preferred.
• GPA 3.5 minimum strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer specific analyses explaining trends and opportunities.
• Provide syndicated POS, panel, and customer card data to drive Johnsonville and category growth.
• Create and analyze marketing and sales reports using various reporting tools and data sources.
• Leverage pricing and assortment tools to forecast volume and share based on price changes.
