Eye Physician Associates, is a privately physician‑owned ophthalmology practice in prime Milwaukee suburban locations. We are seeking a highly motivated, full‑time BC/BE comprehensive ophthalmologist. We are seeking a candidate with excellent clinical skills who possess outstanding interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing a high‑volume clinical practice while maintaining exceptional quality of care. There is an established high demand in the community and room for practice growth. The candidate must be able to provide quality patient care and have a high level of experience in patient management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Long‑term physician team member for growth and contribution to a culture of collegiality, mentoring and excellence in patient care
• Innovative, adaptable, respectful, with both team and solution‑oriented mindset
• Manage patient volume of 40-50 patients per day (technician staff support, 3-4 technicians/scribes based on clinic volume)
• Board eligible or board certified, US based residency required
