Eyetastic Services in Texas is seeking a Cataract Surgeon to join a thriving ophthalmology practice. You’ll work with seven accomplished surgeons and a skilled team to deliver high-volume cataract, LASIK, and glaucoma procedures, while collaborating with optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front-office staff.

Board-certified or eligible ophthalmologists with a proven surgical track record will thrive in this energetic setting, with strong compensation potential and supportive career growth

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Restore sight and improve the quality of life for patients with cataracts.
• Evaluate individuals with cataracts and diagnose when surgery is required.
• Utilize advanced surgical techniques to remove cloudy lenses and implant intraocular lenses.
• Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct precise, minimally invasive surgical procedures.
• Provide attentive post-operative care, monitoring recovery and vision improvement.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front office staff.
• Treat a wide range of ophthalmic cases, including corneal disorders, diabetic eye disease, LASIK, and glaucoma.
