Eye To Eye Careers is seeking a Cataract Surgeon / Ophthalmologist in Las Cruces, NM for a full-time role offering very high compensation and a no-weekends schedule. The practice provides a strong support team and modern technology.

Expect base pay over $400,000 with potential to reach $1,000,000 as ramped, plus up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits include 401(k), PTO, holidays, medical/dental, FSA, life and disability, malpractice, and more.

Responsabilités

• 3–4 days of clinic and 1–2 days of OR time.
