The role features a guaranteed base salary of $300,000 to $350,000 (DOE), full benefits, and a partnership track. An on-site ASC with buy-in and real estate options support long-term ownership and strong surgical volume from day one.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified Ophthalmologist.
• Cataract-focused.
• Willing to build and maintain relationships with local ODs.
• Interested in long-term ownership.
