Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 3-7 years of experience in a technical engineering role.
• Experience writing technical documentation and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong desire to learn, explore, problem solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and support new catalytic products within a cross-functional team.
• Develop test plans, analyze data, and develop mathematical models from data.
• Characterize and validate new product offerings.
• Assist with bench tests, field trials, product launches, and new product support activities.
• Develop and maintain applications guidelines for catalytic products.
• Assist engineering to design catalytic systems for challenging applications.
