Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Technician to perform confined-space entry tasks in oxygen-deficient atmospheres at refinery and chemical plants. You will support catalyst handling, reactor maintenance, and field operations.

This role requires physical fitness, ability to pass medical and safety requirements, and adherence to PPE protocols. Ground support during fieldwork is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pass CPR/First Aid and safety training.
• 1 year in petrochemical industry; 5 years in catalyst work preferred.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum catalyst or materials, spread and load catalyst or other materials.
• Dismantle and/or install reactor hardware items.
• Clean/wipe/wash/scrape relevant areas of the reactor or other enclosure.
• Take samples of catalysts or other materials.
• Assist in the removal or replacement of all items from or into the reactor.
• Set up and dismantle unloading/reloading equipment and related components.
• Perform various degrees of maintenance on all equipment.
• Promote safety and professional conduct on site.
• Provide ground support during fieldwork.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace and comply with safety rules.
• Wear PPE and follow safety instructions.
• Inspect equipment and report deficiencies.
• Complete paperwork for performed work.
