Job summary

National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform high-quality CT exams, review orders, and prepare patients for procedures.

The role requires ARRT(CT) eligible or certified, BLS, an accredited radiologic program, and the ability to lift patients. We offer a supportive environment with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Radiologic technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, Nuclear Medicine, or CT procedures (preferred).
• Graduated from an ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB accredited program (required).
• Arkansas state Radiation Operator Certificate or eligibility to work under ARRT(CT) supervision until ARRT(CT) obtained (required).
• BLS certification required.
• Strong patient care skills and ability to work with all age groups.
• Ability to lift, move patients, and work safely around hazards.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging exams and ensure high diagnostic quality.
• Review patient histories and provider orders.
• Educate and prepare patients for procedures.
• Administer contrast media within scope and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and report issues.
• Document, transmit, and communicate scan results.
• Support performance improvement and continuing education.
• Work flexible shifts and participate in on call rotations.

What You Bring

• 1 year in Radiologic technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, Nuclear Medicine, or CT procedures; preferred
• Graduated from an ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine; required
• Associate's degree; preferred
• Arkansas state Radiation Operator Certificate or be willing to work under supervision of an ARRT(CT) technologist until ARRT(CT) is obtained; required
• BLS certification
• Strong patient care skills and the ability to work with all age groups
• Ability to lift, move patients, and work safely around biological and chemical hazards
