Job summary

Allstate is seeking a CAT Inside Property Adjuster. The role starts with 2 weeks of onsite training in Dallas, TX, then becomes fully remote. • Maintain strict compliance with state regulations and established Allstate policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to thoroughly evaluate claims, identify issues, and determine appropriate resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences by clearly explaining claim processes, resolving concerns efficiently, producing quality estimates, and building customer confidence and trust.

The individual reviews the insurance policy, reviews reports and photos, evaluates damages, determines loss coverage, negotiates and settles claims and authorizes payments.**Schedule, Travel & Hiring Locations****Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CT. Rotating weekend coverage and potential mandatory CAT/Large Claim event weekend support. Flexibility is required based on business needs.**Training Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CT**Training:** This role includes **2 weeks of onsite training in Dallas, TX**.
