Essentia Health in Esko is seeking a part-time fitness team member to support member wellness and exercise programming. This role focuses on creating personalized exercise plans, guiding safe equipment use, and delivering group classes within a compassionate care environment.

You will perform fitness assessments, tailor programs, supervise equipment, and train new staff, contributing to high-quality service across Esko and Duluth locations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• No formal education required.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 6 months from date of hire.

Aufgaben

• Performing fitness assessments and consultations.
• Interpreting and formulating personalized exercise programs for members.
• Orientate members in safe and proper use of weight and aerobic equipment, and take care of scheduled maintenance of such equipment.
• Teach exercise and fitness classes as needed.
• Train new fitness staff in the policies and procedures of Essentia Health.
