Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking individuals to join our Casual Pool in the mental health residential department. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and the ability to choose which shifts you work based on openings.

You will support staff in a compassionate, professional, and reliable manner, with rotating schedules that may include weekends and holidays. A minimum 7.5 hours per week is guaranteed, with potential to work more shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency with 6 months direct care experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive an organizational vehicle.
• Act 33/34/73 clearances.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Guarantee at least 7.5 hours per week; may work up to 5 shifts per week.

About the Role

We’re looking for people to join our Casual Pool to help support our staff in the mental health residential department. This position will require working rotating shifts, which might include weekends and holidays. What's great about this position is that it is flexible part time. That means YOU get to choose what shifts, days and locations you will work based on the available openings. This is a fantastic position for people looking to add a bit more money to their monthly budget or for a stay-at-home mom or dad who is looking to get out of the house a couple times a week. We’ll guarantee at least 7.5 hours a week but you could work 5 shifts a week if you wanted! This is a part time job made to fit your needs and to work around your school or full time job's schedule.
