Job summary

Benedictine Living in Duluth, MN, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. As a CNA-NAR, you provide direct resident care, report condition changes to the RN or LPN, and accurately chart in the POC system, ensuring timely communication and quality care for every resident.

You will rely on strong time management and prioritization to balance tasks, uphold dignity and respect, and support residents’ choices within their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
