Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable learning about specialty products and making recommendations.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
• Ability to operate computer-based cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine Bavarian hospitality.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and product recommendations.
• Learn about our specialty merchandise to confidently answer guest questions.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash and credit card payments.
• Stock merchandise and maintain attractive displays.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
