Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience with CNC equipment in a Die Cast environment is desirable.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop process documentation to ensure robust manufacture of high pressure die cast components.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with process engineers to meet milestones.
• Maintain Open Issues lists and ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate customer-driven changes to ensure correct revision levels.
• Adhere to Kamtek Equipment Build Standards in line build.
• Develop product knowledge aligned with customer requirements.
• Apply knowledge of technologies used in automated assembly lines.
• Assist in quoting new products considering volume and quality.
• Organize resources efficiently for deployment.
• Demonstrate presentation skills for customers and suppliers.
• Conduct manpower efficiency and line balancing studies.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
