Job summary

ArtiCast/Falcon, An ArtiFlex Family Company, is seeking a Program Manager – Casting & Machining to lead high-impact customer programs from concept to production launch and ongoing delivery. You will coordinate engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to meet timing, cost, quality, and performance goals.

You will own schedules, budgets, and risks, drive successful launches, and build strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing manufacturing programs involving cast and machined components.
• Knowledge of casting processes, tooling, machining, inspection, and production launches.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Strong customer communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
