Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Marinette, WI is seeking an entry-level production worker to support safe, efficient casting operations and meet daily production goals. You will start in a production or service department with hands-on training and advance through defined classifications as you gain skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in a modern foundry.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures.
• Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute to housekeeping and organization culture.
• Engage in ISO 14001 environmental training.
• Maintain work pace to meet delivery and production goals.
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
