The Wilbert Group is a precast concrete manufacturer and service provider that serves the funeral service, building trades, and agricultural markets. The Wilbert Group offers a range of manufactured concrete products, including burial vaults, monuments, lawn crypts, columbarium niches, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and agricultural precast products. The company operates manufacturing plants, warehouses, monument production facilities, a casket manufacturing plant, and nine crematories. Their monument division produces granite memorials and markers, custom granite signage, and engraved brick pavers, and they also engage in wholesale monument sales.

We are seeking a Casket Delivery Driver for our Clackamas, OR facility. As a driver for Wilbert Funeral Services, you will be responsible for delivering caskets to our customers throughout Oregon using a box truck. This position also involves warehouse maintenance, inventory management, and customer service. Overnight travel may be required. If you possess excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and can meet the physical demands of the job, we would like to hear from you.

• Exceed customer's expectations regarding delivery and professionalism.
• Manage and reconcile inventory and make recommendations for reorders.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Inspect and prepare caskets for delivery to funeral homes within a 200-mile radius.
• Provide daily reports on mileage, hours worked, customer requests, and locations visited.
• Load and unload products independently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Unload bulk product shipments.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions on customer orders.
• Safely and efficiently drive the designated route, making timely deliveries.
• Full understanding and compliance with DOT logbook and weigh scale requirements.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Proficiency in driving a stick shift vehicle.
• Proficiency in reading maps and following directions.
• Experience with a box truck under 26,000 GVW.
  
  

Pay Range

17.60 - 26.40
