Batesville is seeking a Production Associate to join our Manchester, TN facility. You will build and assemble caskets, adhering to safety and quality standards, and contribute as a reliable team member in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires weekend/overtime availability with pay in the $23.10–$24.55 per hour range, plus benefits, 401K matching, and opportunities for development after a 90-day period.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and overtime.
• Follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
