Job summary

Knighted in San Jose, CA is hiring for live casino gaming associates. You will monitor table games, perform rapid mental math for payouts and verifications, and maintain chip inventories. Training leads to new certifications, with pay raises as you advance.

Shifts include full-time and part-time, night/graveyard pay boosts, and a signing bonus. Must be 21+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass background and drug screenings. No casino experience required.

San Jose, CA | Full-time and Part-time | $25/hour during night shift | $1,000 Signing Bonus

If you enjoy learning and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you. You'll audit live casino games using strong mental math, memorization, and attention to detail – perfect for candidates with tutoring, teaching, accounting, cashiering, or other numbers-heavy experience. As you advance and learn new games, your pay grows with you: up to $27.50/hour, or $29.50/hour on graveyard.

• Pay: $23/hour to start, plus $2/hour extra for graveyard shifts

Schedule & Shift Details

• Shifts: Be prepared to work late-night and overnight hours, 40 hours weekly for full-time and 24 hours weekly for part-time.
• Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a time
• Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
• Able to lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
• Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
• Necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
• Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
• Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Bay Area pay range: $23 USD - $25 USD
