Job summary

Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a security professional to join our team in Seattle. This on-site role focuses on guest service, incident response, asset protection, and daily operations within a casino environment.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Qualified candidates will have relevant security experience and a willingness to obtain a Washington State Gaming License; CPR/First Aid or EMT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Military/Law enforcement background experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Washington State Gaming License.
• Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all team members by setting positive examples.
• Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide great service and build relationships with customers. Security specialists are the first to greet customers when they arrive, as well as, thank them for their business on the way out.
• Prepare for and respond to any incidents on the property, following established policies and procedures.
• Patrol company property and protect assets.
• Assist table games and cage with gaming chip fills following all policies and procedures.
• Document and write reports on all incidents.
• Respond to and handle emergencies using established policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in team member and customer escort duties as needed.
• Participate in escort duties as needed.
• Perform cleanliness duties in and around buildings, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $21.650 - $24.00 per hour

Multiple shifts available including Graveyard shift

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
