Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Dispatching and 2-way radio skills preferred.
• One-year public relations and casino security experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety/security practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret different forms of identification.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees with patience and diplomacy to resolve issues.
• Promote guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries.
• Observe RV parking, parking areas and building access.
• Assist every department and resort guests as needed.
• Report incidents and complete logs accurately and promptly.
• Provide basic Fire Fighting, First Aid and safety response.
• Operate company vehicles and shuttle guests/employees as required.
• Follow safety rules, general and department policies.
• Maintain stationary security posts and ensure proper surveillance.
• Ensure guests are of legal age in designated areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security leadership.
