Chinook Winds Casino Resort is seeking a security professional for monitoring, investigations, and guest support in a busy casino environment. You will handle cash transfers between the Cage and gaming stations, maintain awareness of promotions, and respond to incidents with professional reporting.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with potential overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months gaming security, security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office beginner level including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility, property, and money handling areas to protect customers, staff and assets.
• Investigates crimes and prepares detailed reports using standard computer programs.
• Delivers fills/credits from Cage to gaming stations and escorts cash transfers.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions, events and services.
• Investigates guest or employee complaints and ensures policy compliance.
• Occasionally assists guests with jumpstarting vehicles and tire changes.
• Operates handheld scanners and sorts cash boxes; may work overtime.
• Coordinates with police, fire and EMS as needed and maintains access control.
