Responsibilities
- Participate in all casino security operations.
- Act as the representative of the Security Director.
- Motivate and support team members in their duties.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies.
- Maintain high standards of guest service.
- Respond to and resolve guest issues in coordination with supervisors.
- Interact enthusiastically with guests to enhance their experience.
Skills
Ability to obtain a Colorado Division of Gaming support license
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
Clear and effective communication with employees and guests
Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
