Indigo Sky Casino in Oklahoma is seeking a security/escort role responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through casino areas, and ensuring safety and order across the facility. Qualifications

• Must pass a federal background check.
• Must hold a valid non-expired driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with outstanding customer service & provide information about Casino Promotions, areas within the Casino (Poker, Blackjack, bingo and the bars), and other activities.
• Escort money within the Casino and to the Bank, Customers, employees, and Outside Vendor when needed.
• Fill out Incident reports and act as safety and fire watch; report hazards and protect machines and property.
• Ensure Customer and Employee safety during emergencies (fire, tornado, bomb threat, robbery or chemical spill).
• Maintain professional and friendly attitude; work with all Casino departments and Tribal Police.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors or Management.
• Operate motorized vehicle/golfcart to transport customers and employees to/from parking and casino; ensure passengers are seated properly.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward casino operations.
• Perform fueling and service of the assigned vehicle.
