Job summary

American Place is seeking a detail-oriented Casino Revenue Auditor in Illinois to perform daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenue, reconcile cage transactions, and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and state regulations.

The role demands strong math, analytical ability, and confidentiality. Experience in gaming or hospitality is highly preferred, with a focus on accuracy and reporting to management. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

Excellent guest services skills.
Accurate 10-key calculator proficiency.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficient in data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High School/GED preferred.
Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit daily gaming revenue (Table Games, Slot Machines, Poker Room, Bingo) and non-gaming revenue (Food & Beverage, Hotel, Retail, Entertainment).
Reconcile Cage Cashier paperwork and main bank summaries.
Review slot accounting systems and verify meter readings against drop and win amounts.
Audit ticket redemption machines and ATMs for variances.
Review comp issuance and voided transactions for proper authorization.
Audit Marketing Promotional Programs and monitor sensitive key access.
Prepare daily revenue journals and enter data into the general ledger.
