Qualifications

• 1 year janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures.
• Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
• Remove debris, vacuum floors, mop, sweep, and scrub as needed.
• Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming laws and internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations.
