A Touch of Luck is seeking a part-time Casino Massage Coordinator to oversee daily massage operations at premier casino destinations in Florida. The role requires leadership of therapists and liaison with casino partners to ensure luxury guest experiences.

Licensed massage therapist with prior management, bilingual in English and Spanish, and flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays is ideal.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapy License (Required).
• Previous management or supervisory experience (Required).
• Experience in the spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or casino industry (Required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills (Required).
• Bi- Lingual English and Spanish (Required).
• Professional appearance and demeanor (Required).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities (Required).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions (Required).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands (Required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily massage operations at assigned casino and hospitality locations.
• Lead, coach, and support massage therapists throughout each shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a luxury hospitality standard.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Maintain positive working relationships with casino and resort management.
• Address guest and team concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Help onboard and mentor new therapists.

A Touch of Luck is seeking an experienced, professional, and service-driven Casino Massage Coordinator to help lead our massage operations at some of Florida's premier casino destinations.

Our team proudly provides professional massage services at renowned properties, including Hialeah Casino and Magic City Casino.

This position is ideal for a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about exceptional guest experiences, enjoys leading others, and thrives in the fast-paced luxury casino environment.

Position Overview

As the Casino Massage Coordinator, you will oversee daily massage operations, support and coach our massage therapists, and serve as the primary liaison between A Touch of Luck and our casino partners. Your leadership will help ensure seamless operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
