Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's del Lago Resort & Casino seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support casino marketing activities under the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include event execution, creative development, proofing, guest relations, and providing administrative and planning support across Marketing, Promotions, Player Development, and Entertainment.

Must comply with Internal Control and NYSGC rules. Pay range: $28.12-$31.00/hour.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

Maintain brand integrity and Responsible Gaming messaging in all marketing materials.
Oversee incoming job requests and ensure projects meet deadlines and budget.
Coordinate production flow by gathering copy, direction, and approvals.
Assist promotions and coordinate information sharing with public and team members.
Collaborate with outside vendors and internal/external clients when needed.
Coordinate signage to be on-brand for campaigns and events.
Plan decor and food/beverage for casino events and property events.
Facilitate filming and photography for press and media with required contracts.
Ensure timely dissemination of project materials to the public.
Proofread marketing content for spelling, grammar, and imagery quality.
Maintain professional communication across teams.
