Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeper - CM to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across public areas, restrooms, offices, and high-traffic zones within the resort.
You will follow health and safety standards, assist with event cleanup, and deliver courteous service while upholding presentation standards to enhance guest experiences in a fast-paced casino setting. Flexibility for varied shifts and the ability to work independently are essential.
The Casino Housekeeper - CM is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. This role ensures that public areas, restrooms, offices, and other high-traffic zones remain spotless, sanitized, and in compliance with health and safety standards. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in upholding the resort's presentation standards and contributes to a positive guest experience through diligent attention to cleanliness and detail.
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance or support to other team members.
Must have successfully completed a background check and obtained a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency, as required.
Must be able to read and interpret documents in English, such as instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and guests.

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; therefore, flexibility in scheduling is essential. Team members must be available to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may include overtime, as well as work on both weekdays and weekends.
