Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hospitality or related guest relations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, outgoing and service-oriented demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize casino player tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests while providing outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned player accounts.
• Approve and monitor complimentary offerings per company guidelines.
• Promote and explain WarHorse Rewards program benefits.
• Enroll new members and assist existing members with replacement cards on the gaming floor.
• Encourage guests to achieve higher rewards tiers through increased play.
• Develop new player relationships through networking and community engagement.
• Contact qualified guests by phone or in person to promote events and promotions.
• Represent WarHorse Gaming at on-property and off-property events as needed.
• Attend hosted events and ensure guests receive exceptional service.
• Meet department performance goals and maintain accurate player information.

Position Summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to our VIP guests and help create memorable gaming experiences. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with valued players, promoting the WarHorse Rewards program, hosting casino events, and ensuring guests receive personalized service throughout their visit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests while providing outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned player accounts.
• Approve and monitor complimentary offerings in accordance with company comp guidelines.
• Promote and explain the benefits of the WarHorse Rewards program.
• Enroll new members and assist existing members with replacement cards while on the gaming floor.
• Encourage guests to achieve higher rewards tiers through increased play.
• Develop new player relationships through networking and community engagement.
• Contact qualified guests by phone or in person to promote special events, promotions, and entertainment.
• Represent WarHorse Gaming at on-property and off-property events as needed.
• Attend hosted events and ensure guests receive exceptional service.
• Meet individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate player information using player tracking software.
• Follow all company policies, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Attend departmental meetings and required training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of hospitality, customer service, or related guest relations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize casino player tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• Previous Casino Host experience.
• College degree.
• Experience working with VIP guests or player development programs.

Schedule

This position requires open availability. Team members must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on operational needs. Occasional local and overnight travel may be required for special events.

Physical & Work Environment

This position requires frequent walking throughout the casino floor, prolonged standing, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Team members must be comfortable working in an active casino environment that may include exposure to secondhand smoke, moderate noise levels, and extended periods of guest interaction.

Licensing & Certifications

• Nebraska Gaming License (required upon hire)
• Valid Driver's License
• Position includes complimentary authority
