Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Cage Cashier & Caesars Rewards Representative to securely process cash, chip, and promotional transactions while maintaining accurate ledgers and compliance with gaming regulations.

In this on-site role at our Colorado location, you will deliver friendly guest service, promote casino promotions, and handle ID checks and regulatory documentation efficiently. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Six months cashier or banking experience preferred.
• Read, write, and understand complex instructions and complete documentation.
• Communicate with all casino customers and team members clearly.
• Accurately perform duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under time pressure.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete forms and basic mathematical functions.
• Knowledge of company policy, IRS Bank Secrecy Act, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by cashing out guests accurately and courteously.
• Count, verify, and record funds at start and end of each shift; balance drawers.
• Conduct exchanges with the vault and ensure cash drawers are compliant with controls.
• Process chip, coin, and financial transactions.
• Verify and document identification for check cashing and cash advances.
• Prepare and complete regulatory documentation as required.
• Promote current casino events, promotions, and services to guests.
