Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in Morton, MN 56270 is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the property grounds, mow lawns, trim and spray weeds, and care for outdoor features.

The role requires basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools, the ability to operate equipment, and a Minnesota driver’s license (out-of-state license holders must obtain Minnesota license within 30 days). Lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Must possess valid Minnesota Driver’s License. Applicants with an out of state license must obtain a Minnesota license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns in assigned areas.
• Trim and spray weeds to maintain grounds.
• Trim bushes and trees as part of landscape maintenance.
• Clean cement surfaces in multiple locations.
• Paint light poles and curbs as needed.
• Water flowers and garden beds.
• Clean and maintain the on-site fountain.
• Operate all required groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN 56270

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day (Mon-Fri + Some Weekends)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Mow lawns.
• Trim and spray weeds.
• Trim bushes and trees.
• Clean cement in various locations.
• Paint light poles and curbs.
• Water flowers.
• Clean fountain.
• Operate all required groundskeeping equipment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
