Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel, Maryland, seeks a Food Runner to expedite and deliver dishes in both the restaurant and In-Room Dining. You will uphold quality with a clean expo line, stocked condiments, and accurate garnishing to meet high standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and up to six months of food service experience. This is a union position emphasizing safety, teamwork, and a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves: High school diploma or GED; 0–6 months food service experience; able to obtain Maryland Lottery license.
• Ability to read and write basic instructions; knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Expediting food orders on the kitchen line.
• Monitor IRD orders and ring into the POS system.
• Deliver food orders accurately and timely to dining room and In-Room Dining.
• Ensure expo line is clean, condiments stocked, orders garnished and marked.
• Other duties as assigned.
