Job summary

Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Vice President of Finance reporting to the General Manager. You will lead the Finance Team spanning financial planning and analysis, forecasting, accounting, logistics, workforce planning, and cage operations, delivering accurate, timely results while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

You will develop strategic goals to achieve or exceed financial targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Finance and Accounting, casino industry preferred.
• 8+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPA desirable but not required.
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, reporting and audits knowledge.
• Able to lead across departments and drive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic financial planning to Senior Leadership for long-term growth and EBITDA maximization.
• Leads company-wide operating and capital budget planning and alignment with strategy.
• Analyzes financial data and reports to senior leaders.
• Ensures GAAP and MICS compliance and oversees month-end close with Shared Services.
• Manages relationships with external auditors and drives process improvements.
