Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking an EVS Porter to support Environmental Services by maintaining the cleanliness of guest and team member areas and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. You will contribute to guest service excellence and property readiness.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, restrooms, restocking supplies, and adhering to gaming regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1 year of janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet)
• Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash containers, and restocking paper products
• Remove debris from floors and walkways, vacuum carpets, and mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed
• Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
