Job summary

Tamaya Enterprises Inc. D is seeking an EVS Attendant to maintain cleanliness in casino facilities, including restrooms and public areas.

You will help ensure the casino remains welcoming for guests and staff, while adhering to safety procedures and policy guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with duties spanning cleaning tasks, equipment handling, and reporting needs to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience is helpful.
• Good interpersonal, guest service and communication skills.
• Smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with Casino Hotel guests and Team Members; provides excellent customer service.
• Cleans property floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Cleans under furniture by moving or pushing it as needed.
• Cleans various venues and outlets throughout the property.
• Gathers and empties wastebaskets; deep cleans wastebaskets as needed.
• Services, cleans, restocks and supplies property restrooms.
• Dusts slot machines, furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with proper supplies.
• Sweeps stairwells and cleans elevators.
• Reports hazardous conditions or broken equipment to the supervisor.
• Advises management of repairs or supply shortages in assigned areas.
