Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore is seeking an EVS Attendant I to maintain cleanliness of the gaming complex, including machines, bathrooms and offices. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow established procedures to keep floors, surfaces and equipment sanitized.

You will work on varied shifts, pass a background/guest service audition, and comply with safety and tobacco smoke environments.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift and maneuver a 25-pound backpack vacuum.
Must be able to push/pull up to 60 pounds.
Must be able to stand for the full shift.
Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
Must be willing to work around solvents and cleaning chemicals.
Must be able to climb a ladder for overhead work.
Must be willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

Keeps the gaming complex clean and sanitized.
Vacuums, mops, sweeps, dusts and cleans surfaces including machines, fixtures, carpets and doors.
Maintains cleanliness of floors in all public and employee areas.
Maintains and cleans equipment used; operates equipment properly.
Performs carpet shampoos and extractions as scheduled.
Notify EVS Manager of cleaning supplies or maintenance concerns.
Report unsafe conditions or equipment to Supervisor/Manager.
Follow all applicable operating policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
