The position provides the tools, supplies, and chemicals needed to perform your job. Starting pay is $13.50/hour with a salary range of $14.50–$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Begin each shift ready with your uniform and tools. Disinfect surfaces, replenish supplies, and maintain assigned areas to consistently meet or exceed client high standards. Work efficiently and provide friendly, engaging service to exceed client expectations.

Day in the Life

As the frontline member, you serve both TBC and the client, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general janitorial tasks—including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift
• Customer service skills
• Prior commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus
• Fast, efficient, self‑motivated, eager to do a good job
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Honesty and respect for people’s privacy and property
