Job summary

Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to all guests. The role requires English communication, strong guest interaction, and physical stamina for walking, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities include prompt service, maintaining knowledge of menus and wine lists, greeting guests promptly, and supporting team operations. Training within nine months and adherence to security and liquor policies are required.

• Maintain knowledge of menu, wines, and daily specials.
• Greet guests within one minute in a friendly manner.
• Complete opening/closing side work and clock out as directed.
• Relay guest feedback to management.
• Follow information security policies and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional environment.
• Meet attendance guidelines and follow policies.
• Complete required training within nine months.
• Attend necessary meetings.
• Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
• Review information posted in designated areas, including events and VIPs.
• Identify VIPs and large parties from reservations.
• Keep work stations neat and stocked.
• Pre-bus tables and manage guest checks with the cashier.
• Maintain restaurant upkeep and cleanliness.
• Follow weekly side-work duties.
• Interact with guests at tables to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with coats and seating as they depart.
• Follow all tip-out procedures.
