Job summary

HAVASU LANDING CASINO is seeking a Compliance/Risk Assessment Officer in the Administration department to oversee audits, regulatory compliance, and reporting. You will examine records, ensure adherence to NIGC MICS and related controls, and prepare formal findings.

You will coordinate audits with the Gaming Commission, Tribal Council, External Auditors, and other agencies, reviewing data and recommending corrective actions. This role requires strong communication and meticulous follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting or finance; gaming experience preferred.
• Able to obtain gaming license; pass drug test and background check.
• Strong written and oral communication; leadership and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Audit records and financial documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare written audit reports and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits with Gaming Commission, Tribal Council, and external auditors.
• Stay up-to-date with gaming rules and regulations.
• Assist in developing and enforcing compliance policies.
• Public relations and professional conduct as a casino employee.
