Job summary

The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO is seeking a Cocktail Server—Extra Board to greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver drinks on the casino floor. This part-time hourly role supports guest service and beverage operations within Colorado's premier gaming venue.

Ideal candidates read English, have basic math skills, can carry a tray, and know liquor products. HS diploma or equivalent preferred; prior bar/restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read English.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to carry a cocktail tray full of drinks.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Prefer 1 year of previous experience in bars, restaurant, or clubs.

Responsibilities

• Offering beverage to the patrons on the casino floor and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor.
• Ringing up the beverage orders and waiting for the order to be made.
• Delivering the beverage to the patrons.
• Checking, cleaning, and stocking the beverage service stations.
• Assist the customers for any additional requests.
• Practice awareness in serving alcohol.
• Report all intoxicated customers to the beverage supervisor.
• Other related duties including compliance with applicable Colorado and Federal rules and company policies.
