Job summary

Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel invites applications for Casino Cocktail Server in the Food & Beverage division. You will deliver courteous, prompt beverage service in a high-energy guest environment and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include learning the beverage menu, engaging guests, and processing transactions accurately while supporting events and adhering to policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months customer service experience preferred.
• Alcohol safety certification required; training provided within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service in assigned areas.
• Keep service times under twenty minutes for guest satisfaction.
• Learn guests’ names and beverage preferences to build relationships.
• Explain beverage menu, pricing, facilities, services, promotions, and Caesars Rewards.
• Present orders to bartenders; ensure accurate payment handling.
• Work special events as needed; maintain a clean workstation.
• Utilize POS/cash systems; account for cash, charges, and comps per policy.
