Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver fast, friendly beverage service on the casino floor and bar. You will take orders, provide drink recommendations, and coordinate with the bartender to serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, being at least 21, and at least one year of cocktail serving experience. English proficiency and weekend shift availability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Server.
• Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to present change correctly and guest charge procedures.
• Familiar with tray service.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist while serving beverages.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Work in an assigned area, such as the bar and Casino floor and pleasantly takes beverage orders from guests.
• Provide drink recommendations.
• Present beverage orders to the bartender.
• Serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Accept payment and gives change when necessary.
• Greet guest in a courteous, friendly representative of the company.
• Other duties assigned.
