Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and offer recommendations on cocktails and beverages, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Colleagues work in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with bartenders to ensure accurate orders, timely service, and a clean, well-stocked bar area. Must be 21 or older and enjoy high-energy environments with tips-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service

• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
