Qualifications

• Preferred casino gaming related experience.
• Must be familiar with all games, casino rules and operations.
• Must have effective communication with customers and employees.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Assist dealers in starting or breaking games in Poker/CA sections.
• Deliver equipment or chips, assist with cashing out customers.
• Notify Floor Attendant/Supervisor of empty seats at tables.
• Follow company and departmental policy and procedure.
• Work full-time during tournament season and overtime as required.
• Comply with BSA/AML policies and report suspicious activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
