Job summary

Live! Casino Pittsburgh seeks a Main Banker I to deliver exceptional guest service while handling all casino cage transactions, cash control, and disbursements for the cage, bank, and vault.

Responsibilities include servicing cashiers and exchanges, keeping the cash drawer balanced, and completing Currency Transaction Reports, W2G tax forms and logs with accuracy. Additional duties cover documenting IDs for checks and marker transactions, managing exchanges with main, marker, and chip banks, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year cashier or banking experience.
• Must be able to obtain gaming license as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and perform all casino cage transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and manage chip/currency exchanges.
• Complete CTRs, W2G tax forms and transaction logs.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to customer questions.
• Verify IDs for checks, cash advances, and marker transactions.
• Operate main bank, marker bank, and chip bank exchanges.
• Cashing out customers and giving correct change.
• Familiarize with casino credit application processes.
• Adhere to policy and internal controls.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.
