Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh is seeking a Cage Cashier to provide a high level of guest service on the casino floor, while adhering to department and property policies.

You will learn and perform a wide variety of monetary transactions for guests, including check cashing, chip redemption, lottery and voucher processing, with a focus on accuracy, asset protection, and compliance. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, along with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interface with guests and Team Members.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Must have the ability to remain professional and tolerate stress related to servicing public guests in a high pressure environment.
• Must be able to learn and retain knowledge of computer systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides a high level of guest service while adhering to department and property policies and procedures on the Cage.
• Performs monetary transactions for guests, including check cashing, chip redemption, lottery and voucher processing.
• Safeguards company assets and ensures transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Balances and assists with coin/currency needs and supports ticket redemption where applicable.
• Maintains confidentiality of guest information and communicates issues to supervisors as needed.
• Communicates pertinent information to supervisors regarding guest service issues and discrepancies.
