Job summary

Boyd Gaming Amelia, LA is seeking a friendly beverage server to greet guests, take drink orders and deliver beverages in lounges, restaurants or gaming areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Walk for duration of shift.
• Carry and balance trays up to 10 pounds.
• Obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Circulate to greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver beverages.
• Carry and balance full tray of beverages.
• Receive and relay drink orders to bartenders.
• Compute charges and accept payment; maintain an accurate cash bank.
• Provide complimentary beverages per company policy.
