Little River Casino Resort seeks a beverage service team member to prepare and deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to F&B servers and external guests, with entry into the POS system. This is a tipped position and requires a pre-employment drug test and a background check.

You will support a fun, entertaining guest experience and a supportive team environment. Minimum qualifications include 3 months of guest service experience, SERVSafe certification within 90 days, and Michigan TAM

Formación

• 3 months guest service experience.
• SERVSafe Certification within 90 days.
• Michigan TAM certification within 60 days.
• Experience with a tribally run casino/resort preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly on arrival.
• Serve beverages to F&B servers and guests.
• Maintain bar area and knowledge of events/promotions.
• Handle comps, coupons, and payments for beverages.
• Complete required training and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety program.
